Creative Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Remote)

Role Overview:
The Mighty Apes is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, execution-focused Video Editor & Graphic Designer (Remote) to produce high-quality visuals and short-form videos for social media, ads, and marketing campaigns. This role requires both video editing and graphic design skills, an understanding of modern content trends, and the ability to align work with brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks and high engagement.
• Create video ads, promotional content, and marketing videos.
• Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and effects.
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form engaging clips.
• Graphic Design: Design high-quality visuals for digital platforms (branding, social media, ads, marketing materials).
• Create brand-aligned creatives: posts, carousels, banners, and campaign assets.
• Develop clean, modern layouts with strong visual hierarchy and maintain consistency across brand touchpoints.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work
• Experience editing short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
• Skilled in captions, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, and effects
• Graphic design for social media, ads, and marketing assets
• Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma, Canva
• Good command of English (reading, writing, communication)
