Role Overview
The Country Sales Head will lead commercial activities across Pakistan for security and investigation product lines, and industrial and consumer solutions produced by the company's manufacturing facilities. The role reports to executive management and is responsible for defining and executing a country-level sales strategy, developing channel partnerships, expanding market share, and driving revenue while ensuring alignment with production capacity and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a country-level sales strategy targeting institutional, commercial, and channel customers across Pakistan.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales organization including recruitment, training, target setting, and performance management.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure major accounts, distribution agreements, and strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with operations and production teams to align sales commitments with production and delivery schedules.
- Manage pricing, margin optimization, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
- Use market intelligence and sales data to inform strategy and competitive positioning.
- Travel regionally for client meetings and facility visits as required.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience with at least 3 years in a senior or head-of-sales role or equivalent.
- Proven track record in B2B sales leadership, ideally in security, investigations, industrial, or manufacturing product sectors.
- Experience building and leading sales teams, setting targets, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong negotiation skills for large accounts, tenders, and distribution agreements.
- Commercial acumen: pricing, margin management, forecasting, and pipeline discipline.
- Market development skills: channel development, distributor management, and regional expansion.
- Familiarity with production and supply chain constraints.
- Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market intelligence, and competitive landscapes.
- Ability to travel regionally and manage a dispersed team.
Preferred
- MBA or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
