Conveyancing Secretary - Bonds

Summary:

• Seek experienced Conveyancing Secretary to manage bond registrations (First National Bank and/or Standard Bank) from inception to finalization.
• Work directly with banks, clients, Deeds Office and other law firms; perform general conveyancing secretarial duties.

Minimum requirements:

• Recent solid experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at a law firm, with experience attending to FNB and/or Standard Bank bonds (preferably both).
• Able to work fully independently from receipt to finalization.
• Fully bilingual with strong English proficiency.
• Computer literate in Ghost Convey.
• Own vehicle for client signings; reside in Johannesburg (daily commuting distance).
• Female applicants preferred (professional and presentable).
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Compensation:

• Salary range: 15,000 - 25,000 ZAR (negotiable depending on experience).
