Minimum Requirements
- Presentable, proactive, well-organised and professional
- Fully bilingual with good business English proficiency (verbal and written)
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed
- Admitted as an Attorney and Conveyancer
- Minimum 2 years post-admission conveyancing experience
- In-depth practical knowledge and experience in property law and conveyancing processes
- Thorough understanding of bank processes and compliance requirements
- Thorough understanding of Deeds Office procedures, lodgement and registration processes
- Ability to work independently and provide team leadership when required
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Computer literate in relevant legal software (e.g. LexisConvey, GhostConvey, E4)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
- Residing in Pretoria (within daily commuting distance)
- Stable employment record and contactable references
