Content Senior Specialist

You coordinate the entire content operation for Rafiki Group. You will work with volunteer photographers and videographers, collect content from front desk and experiences teams, brief freelancers, execute brand collaborations, and ensure daily content output across all channels. You act as a coordinator and creative directornot just a creator.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a 7-day content calendar aligned with events, camp launches, and seasonal moments for Rafiki Hostels, Haven, and SmashRecruit
• Recruit, brief, and manage volunteer content creators (photographers, videographers) who stay at properties in exchange for accommodation and experiences
• Coordinate with front desk teams and Experiences Specialists to collect real-time on-ground content
• Brief and manage freelance editors for reels, highlight videos, and longer-format camp content
• Execute brand collaboration content: manage deliverables, timelines, and asset collection
• Travel to Dahab, Tamraght, and Cairo for planned shoots, especially during trial camps and peak season
• Maintain a content archive of videos, photos, and testimonials

• 3 years creating or coordinating content for a brand, travel company, or hospitality business
• Strong project management skills manages multiple people and deadlines
• Native understanding of Instagram and TikTok and what performs
• Ability to write captions in English that feel human and on-brand
• Willingness and comfort traveling regularly (Dahab, Tamraght, Cairo)
• Comfortable engaging with guests, volunteers, and local creators

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere)
