Community Lead

Job Description: You run the community and guest communications desk. You lead the Community Coordinators, set the scripts, track conversion, and personally handle group bookings, corporate camp enquiries, and high-value leads. This is a sales leadership role every conversation is an opportunity to fill a bed or a camp.

Responsibilities:

• Manage 2 existing Community Coordinators immediately set their targets, brief them daily, review their performance weekly
• Write and maintain WhatsApp, DM, and chat sales scripts for all camp types, experiences, hostel enquiries
• Set and track daily/weekly KPIs per coordinator: response time, conversion rate, revenue generated
• Maintain a simple CRM or tracking sheet to ensure no lead goes cold
• Personally handle group bookings (6+ guests), corporate camp enquiries, and high-value leads
• Brief the team before every campaign launch or ad activation
• Run weekly team sessions: script updates, objection handling, product knowledge
• Coordinate with Head of CX, Head of Experiences and Performance Marketing

Job Specification:

• Must-have: 3 years in sales, customer success, or hospitality
• Leadership: has managed a small team or shift before
• Sales skills: natural salesperson warm, persuasive, persistent without being pushy
• Communication: excellent written English; Arabic or French a plus
• Detail-oriented: ensures leads are followed up and tracked
• Tools: comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, basic CRM or tracking sheets
• Bonus (preferred): experience in travel sales, tour operator, or hostel
