Job Description: Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound guest enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, Booking.com, Hostelworld and other channels.
  • Maintain response time < 5 minutes during shift hours.
  • Use provided scripts and guidelines while communicating warmly and on-brand.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and follow up on leads not booked within 24 hours.
  • Upsell experiences, camps, food court offers and activities where relevant.
  • Escalate complaints, group bookings and corporate enquiries to the Community Lead.
  • Log every conversation and outcome in the team tracking sheet.
  • Collect guest reviews after checkout via WhatsApp.
Job Specification: Must have

  • 1+ year experience in customer service, sales, community management, or guest communications.
  • Excellent written English warm, clear, and on-brand.
  • Fast responder with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and Gmail.
  • Genuine interest in travel, hospitality, or adventure; ability to sell offerings.

Preferred

  • Arabic or French language skills a strong plus.
