Communication Expert

Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.) is a Lahore-based financial services firm providing capital, advisory and technology-enabled solutions to individuals, SMEs and corporates across Pakistan. We are seeking a Communication Expert to join our team to shape internal and external communications across a multidisciplinary finance practice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies tailored to product lines (investment advisory, corporate finance, risk management, digital finance) that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Create and manage content for press releases, client presentations, corporate collateral, investor updates, website pages and social media, ensuring clarity, accuracy and brand consistency.
• Support internal communications by drafting leadership messages, employee updates and training materials to enhance cross-functional collaboration and change adoption.
• Coordinate media and stakeholder engagement; prepare spokespeople and organize briefings.
• Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure communications meet regulatory requirements.

• Writing and editing: Produce clear, concise copy for press releases, reports, presentations, web and social media with strong attention to grammar and factual accuracy.


• Financial literacy: Understand and simplify financial concepts such as corporate finance, risk management, working capital and investment products.


• Stakeholder engagement: Prepare executive briefings, media talking points and coordinate cross-functional communications.


• Brand and tone management: Maintain consistent voice across channels and adapt messaging to audiences (clients, regulators, employees, investors).


• Content planning and analytics: Develop content calendars, use analytics to track performance and optimize content based on metrics.


• Compliance awareness: Familiarity with regulatory considerations for financial communications and ability to work with legal/compliance teams.


• Tools and collaboration: Proficiency with MS Office, presentation software and common CMS or social platforms; strong interpersonal skills for teamwork across locations.
