Commercial Property Leasing Agent

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 17:00 (Morning shift)

Summary:

Experienced commercial/retail property leasing agent/administrator required to support leasing activities and administration for a property management company specialising in commercial and retail centres (shopping centres / property centres). Role includes leasing duties for a shared portfolio and leasing administration support.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform property leasing duties for a shared commercial/retail portfolio
• Provide leasing administration and administrative support for property management
• Prepare and process lease documentation and maintain accurate leasing records
• Coordinate with tenants and internal teams on leasing matters
• Support centre operations and leasing processes

• Recent experience in commercial/retail property leasing or leasing administration (specifically commercial/retail leasing NOT residential)
• Good understanding of commercial/retail centre operations
• Strong understanding of lease documentation, property terminology and leasing processes
• Computer literate in MS Office
• Good administrative skills, attention to detail and strong organisational ability
• Ability to work under pressure
• Stable employment record with contactable references
• Language: Afrikaans and English (both required)
