Overview:

• Contact clients to collect outstanding debts via phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email and other channels.
• Record call and collection activity in the collection system.
• Use persuasive communication to negotiate repayments and resolve customer issues.
• Work to meet performance targets and maintain professional client interactions.

Other:

• Work mode: remote/online.
• Salary range provided in post (80 - 150 PKR) confirm currency and payment details with employer.

Job Specification:

• Must-have: Proven experience in debt collection or similar financial role (minimum 1 year).
• Languages: English and Indian language(s) spoken.
• Communication: Strong negotiation and communication skills; ability to handle challenging conversations.
• Technical: Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience using a collection/case management system and making call records.
• Other: Performance-oriented and target-driven.
