Job Description: Make high-volume outbound calls to targeted prospects using provided lead lists and CRM.

Introduce Amco IT Systems' services, qualify needs, and identify decision makers.

Record accurate notes, update lead status in CRM, and schedule appointments for senior sales staff.

Meet daily and weekly call and appointment targets; contribute to lead generation metrics and pipeline growth.

Handle objections professionally, follow approved scripts, and escalate technical queries to product or sales specialists.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine lists, scripts, and outreach strategies.

This is an on-site role based in Lahore; training will be provided on company offerings and CRM tools.

Location: Lahore (on-site). Timing: 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Salary: 30 - 60 PKR.Job Specification:

  • Must-have: Proven experience in outbound telemarketing or cold calling (1+ year preferred), preferably B2B technology/services.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication and active listening; clear spoken English and Urdu.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM systems, basic data-entry best practices, email, MS Office (Word/Excel), web browsing.
  • Sales skills: Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations, objection-handling, persistence, target-driven mindset.
  • Organization: Manage follow-ups, schedules, and logs accurately; professional phone etiquette, punctuality, reliability for on-site shifts.
  • Shift: Able to work 6:00 PM to 1:30 AM on-site in Lahore.
