We are hiring a Cold Caller / Telemarketer to make outbound calls to US-based clients and generate results. The role requires confident spoken English, persistence, and a focus on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US.
- Qualify leads and set appointments or pass qualified leads to sales team.
- Track and report call activity and results.
- Follow scripts and adapt messaging to prospects.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and lead targets.
Work Mode & Schedule:
On-site (Rahim Yar Khan) with required availability 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT (evening shift).
Compensation:
Base salary plus commission. Salary range: 20,000 - 40,000 PKR per month.
Other:
Serious performance-focused role; not suitable for casual/timepass applicants.Job Specification: Must-have:
- Confident spoken English comfortable speaking with US-based clients.
- At least 1 year of cold calling or sales experience.
- Own laptop or phone and a stable internet connection.
- Available 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM PKT no exceptions.
Preferred:
- Experience with telemarketing/appointment setting.
- Familiarity with call tracking/CRM tools.
