Cold Caller (Remote) / Work From Home

We are a real estate company seeking a Cold Caller to perform lead outreach and support our sales team. This is a full-time remote position with hours 10:00 am to 7:00 pm US Eastern, MondayFriday.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Connect and build rapport with new leads and nurture qualified prospects.
• Process and disposition leads in Podio (CRM) per department standards.
• Document lead information in Podio including comments, follow-up updates, and new leads.
• Disposition leads to trigger contract/negotiation workflows.
• Maintain and manage own time clock using Hubstaff; announce clock in/out and breaks.
• Meet department KPI metrics.
• Respond to emails from management in a timely manner.
• Participate in coaching and stay updated on coaching communications.

• Ability to learn and assess new software independently.
• Good spelling and grammar for written documentation.
• Reliable internet connection; required speed test: Upload 5 Mbps, Download 10 Mbps.
• Noise-canceling headset (must obtain promptly if not already owned).
• Trainable; able to listen and participate while being coached.
• Familiarity with Podio (CRM) and Hubstaff preferred.
