Cold Caller

MT Communications, a telecommunications firm in Rawalpindi, is seeking motivated Cold Callers to join the customer outreach team. Working onsite, you will make outbound calls to prospective customers across Pakistan to generate interest in services, qualify leads, and set appointments for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls using provided leads and call lists.
• Introduce MT Communications services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the pitch to prospects.
• Qualify leads by asking targeted questions and recording responses accurately in the CRM.
• Handle objections calmly and professionally and escalate when appropriate.
• Schedule appointments or transfer qualified prospects to the sales team.
• Maintain up-to-date call notes, follow-up reminders, and meet daily/weekly outreach targets.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous improvement activities.

• Communication: Clear verbal communication and comfort speaking on the phone for extended periods.
• Sales skills: Basic negotiation and objection-handling techniques.
• CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn and update records accurately after each call.
• Script adherence: Ability to follow a script while adapting language to suit the prospect.
• Organization: Track follow-ups, schedule appointments, and meet targets.
• Resilience: Positive attitude when facing rejection; accepts coaching.
• Time management: Punctuality for shift schedules and meetings.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a small team.
