Closer and Sales Agent - US Medical Billing

Job Description: Important Note (Please Read Carefully Before Applying):

• This position is strictly for Sales Professionals only. Candidates with an Accounts Receivable (AR) background should not apply.
• We are hiring for two positions:
• Sales Representative Call U.S. healthcare providers (doctors) and generate leads.
• Sales Closer Handle prospects and close deals (higher priority).
• Apply only if your experience aligns with these roles. Applications outside this scope will not be considered.
• Location: State Life Society near DHA Phase 4, Lahore (on-site).
• Shift: Night shift (6:00 PM 3:00 AM), Monday to Friday, weekends off.
• Salary: 100,000 - 150,000 PKR + very high commissions.

Responsibilities:

• Call U.S. healthcare providers (doctors, clinics) to generate leads and pitch medical billing/RCM services.
• Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing (for Closer role focus on converting prospects into clients).
• Handle objections, negotiate terms, and secure long-term client commitments.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up on leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Job Specification:

• Must-have:
• 1+ years experience in Medical Billing Sales / RCM Sales in the U.S. market (freshers not allowed).
• Strong understanding of US Healthcare System and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Experience dealing with U.S.-based doctors, clinics, or healthcare providers.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills; fluent English required.
• Experience with CRM tools and lead generation platforms; cold calling experience.
• Target-driven mindset and ability to handle objections.
• Willingness to work night shift (US timings).


• Preferred:
• Experience in healthcare BPO or medical billing company.
