Client Success Executive

Location: Lahore (DHA Phase 8) On-site

Type: Full-Time, Morning Shift

Role Overview:

• Manage client interactions to ensure high satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
• Support partner operations and act as primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues proactively.
• Monitor client accounts, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and deliver client updates, reports, and feedback to internal stakeholders.

Compensation: 70,000 - 80,000 PKR per monthJob Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2 years of relevant experience in client success, account management, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
