Job Description: Job Description

  • Company: Refine Success (Pvt. Ltd.), Lahore-based financial services firm providing capital, advisory, and technology-enabled solutions.
  • Role: Online/remote Client Hunting & Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, expand SME and corporate client base, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Responsibilities:
    • Proactively source and qualify new B2B leads (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) using digital channels and networks.
    • Manage full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
    • Develop tailored commercial proposals in coordination with product, credit, and advisory teams.
    • Maintain and update pipeline and client records in CRM; forecast sales and report KPIs.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth plans.
    • Build and sustain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover to operations.
Job Specification: Required Skills

  • Minimum 3 years' proven B2B sales/business development experience in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong prospecting skills: cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and closing ability.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
