- Role: Online/remote Client Hunting & Business Development professional to drive new client acquisition, expand SME and corporate client base, and achieve revenue targets.
- Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and qualify new B2B leads (SMEs, corporates, high-net-worth individuals) using digital channels and networks.
- Manage full sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Develop tailored commercial proposals in coordination with product, credit, and advisory teams.
- Maintain and update pipeline and client records in CRM; forecast sales and report KPIs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets and contribute to revenue growth plans.
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships and ensure smooth handover to operations.
- Minimum 3 years' proven B2B sales/business development experience in financial services or fintech.
- Strong prospecting skills: cold outreach, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and closing ability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good financial acumen to craft client solutions and commercial proposals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and remote sales workflows.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, organized; able to work remotely and coordinate with Lahore office/time zone.
