Role Overview:
An international SEO company is seeking a motivated and confident International Business Developer (International CSR) to join a dynamic team in Islamabad. This onsite role requires experience in sales, business development, or international client relations. The candidate will present services, generate sales, and maintain strong client relationships while receiving training in SEO and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with international clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to understand business goals and challenges
- Present and explain SEO and digital marketing services, including packages, pricing, and benefits
- Convert leads into sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business
- Conduct follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed sales
- Maintain detailed records of leads and client interactions in CRM systems
- Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, business development, or international client relations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Sales and negotiation skills; target-driven mindset
- Client relationship management and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and accurate recordkeeping
- Willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing concepts
