Role Overview:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and lead qualification focused on IT services and digital solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.
  • Build and maintain client relationships by understanding business needs, offering tailored service solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Collaborate with delivery and marketing teams to develop compelling proposals, pricing, and go-to-market strategies aligned with client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and accurately report pipeline and forecasts in the CRM.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, demos, and events as needed.
Job Specification:
  • Must-have: Proven B2B sales experience in IT services, digital marketing, software, or managed services with demonstrable results.
  • Strong prospecting skills: cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and lead qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in US English; persuasive presentation skills for client meetings and demos.
  • CRM proficiency for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Commercial negotiation and proposal writing skills, including pricing and contract structuring.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams to translate client requirements into feasible solutions.
  • Organizational skills: time management, prioritization, and consistent follow-up to close deals.
  • Data-driven mindset: comfortable using KPIs and sales metrics to improve performance.
