Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage Citrix environments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrix-related issues and incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience
- Maintain the security and integrity of the Citrix infrastructure
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Proficiency in Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix ADC, and Citrix Workspace
- Strong understanding of Windows Server and Active Directory
- Networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, load balancing)
- Experience with monitoring and performance optimization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred:
- Citrix certifications (Citrix Certified Associate or higher)
