Key Responsibilities
- Analyze transactions to identify and assess chargeback and fraud risks.
- Manage payment disputes and chargeback processes end-to-end.
- Monitor fraud indicators and perform investigations.
- Maintain and update trackers and large data sets for reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams (payments, operations, customer service) to resolve disputes and implement preventive measures.
- Prepare regular reports and recommendations to reduce chargebacks and financial loss.
- 12 yearsexperience in chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud monitoring, or risk operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google tools.
- Ability to work with large data sets and maintain trackers.
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
