Role summary:
- Provide friendly, efficient front-of-house service as a cashier and waiter.
- Greet and serve customers; take and relay food and drink orders.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems.
- Assist with menu recommendations and maintain dining area cleanliness and organization.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Must-have: Minimum 1 year experience in restaurant service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling
- Team player with a positive attitude
