Role overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Care Giver to provide compassionate, personcentred care to clients on site in Baumschulenweg. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health, supporting mobility and hygiene, administering or supporting medication routines, documenting client wellbeing, and engaging clients in social activities. The Care Giver will collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members and maintain a safe, nurturing environment. This is a fulltime, onsite position on the morning shift. Salary range: 3000 - 7000 EUR monthly.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate assistance with personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, and feeding.
• Support medication routines and follow care plans; escalate health concerns to appropriate professionals.
• Monitor, record and report clients' health and wellbeing.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean environment and follow health & safety regulations.
• Engage clients in activities and routines to support wellbeing and social participation.
• Work collaboratively with family members and healthcare professionals to implement care plans.

Job Specification:

• Minimum experience: At least 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Education/certification: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant caregiving or healthcare certifications preferred.
• Core skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathy, patience and compassion; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Practical skills: Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations; ability to manage emergencies and problemsolve; basic medication support and documentation skills.
