Camera Monitoring Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented CCTV Monitoring Officer to oversee and monitor international retail store operations through live camera surveillance during assigned evening shifts. The primary responsibility is to continuously monitor CCTV footage to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures. The officer must stay alert throughout their shift and promptly identify any unusual, suspicious, or non-compliant activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor live CCTV feeds of international stores during assigned shifts.
• Identify and report suspicious behavior, operational issues, or policy violations.
• Ensure activities within store premises follow company standards.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports of observed issues.
• Escalate critical situations to relevant departments or supervisors in a timely manner.
• Remain attentive and focused throughout the monitoring shift.
• Assist in periodic surveillance system checks to ensure functionality.
• Collaborate with law enforcement or security teams when required.

• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of camera systems and surveillance technology.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Quick decision-making skills under pressure.
• Familiarity with security protocols and practices (preferred).
• Ability to produce accurate incident logs and reports.
