Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, primarily for UK-based campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain high-quality verbal communication with UK customers.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance and sales targets.
- Record and update customer information accurately in systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in calling or sales (mandatory).
- Prior experience on a UK campaign is highly preferred.
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Punctual, professional, and reliable.
