Job Description:
- Handle outbound/inbound calls to customers as per campaign requirements.
- Provide information, answer queries, and resolve basic customer issues.
- Meet individual and team targets for calls and conversions as defined by supervisors.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow provided scripts, processes and quality guidelines.
- Coach or supervise junior calling agents if required by role level.
- Must-have: Good confidence
- Must-have: Good English communication skills
- Must-have: Intermediate education (Inter) or equivalent
- Preferred: Experience in call centre or outbound calling campaigns
- Other: Ability to work evening shift; on-site presence in Lahore
