Work Mode: On-site (Lahore, Pakistan)

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 PKR (base). Incentives available; candidate claim of higher earnings depends on performance and incentives.

Job Description:

  • Handle outbound/inbound calls to customers as per campaign requirements.
  • Provide information, answer queries, and resolve basic customer issues.
  • Meet individual and team targets for calls and conversions as defined by supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
  • Follow provided scripts, processes and quality guidelines.
  • Coach or supervise junior calling agents if required by role level.
Job Specification:
  • Must-have: Good confidence
  • Must-have: Good English communication skills
  • Must-have: Intermediate education (Inter) or equivalent
  • Preferred: Experience in call centre or outbound calling campaigns
  • Other: Ability to work evening shift; on-site presence in Lahore
