Job Description: In this role, the Business Growth Executive will be responsible for driving business opportunities in the Saudi market through proactive outreach and structured sales activities.

The candidate will focus on lead generation, client communication, and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, initiating contact through calls and other channels, scheduling meetings to present company offerings, and ensuring timely follow-ups to nurture relationships and advance opportunities.

Key duties:

  • Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing, networking, and market research
  • Initiate contact with prospects and schedule meetings
  • Manage and update CRM records; track interactions and sales pipeline
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move opportunities forward
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and closure of deals
  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation related to sales activities
