Role Overview:

  • Seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with B2B sales and client-acquisition experience, preferably with exposure to the US market.
  • Focus on generating leads, building client relationships, conducting outreach, preparing proposals, and closing deals for AI-powered marketing and digital solutions.
  • Excellent English communication, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a target-driven environment are required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and qualify leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other B2B platforms.
  • Conduct outreach and discovery calls with potential clients.
  • Build long-term client relationships and close deals.
  • Create customized proposals and follow-up strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain pipeline reports and provide sales performance updates.

Additional Information:
  • Initial commission-based compensation may apply for the first three months.
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available depending on experience.
  • Work location: Hybrid remote - Lahore; role can be remote/online with required travel.
  • Shift: Morning shift.
  • Salary: 40,000 - 60,000 PKR.
Job Specification:
  • Must-have:
    Strong B2B sales and client-acquisition skills
    Excellent English communication (written and verbal)
    Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
    Proposal writing and negotiation skills
    Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
    Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
    Understanding of international sales strategies
    Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Preferred:
    Experience in AI solutions, SaaS, digital marketing, or IT services sales
    Familiarity with lead-generation and automation tools
    Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
    Ability to craft high-converting sales proposals
