Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive sales and business growth for marble, granite/chip cutting, grinding and polishing, brass and SS polishing, sanitization, and fumigation services. You will identify and build relationships with new clients (hotels, restaurants, farmhouses, government and commercial buildings), generate leads, and close B2B contracts while working under the guidance of the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect and build contacts with potential clients to generate new business.
- Lead generation, qualify leads and convert opportunities into sales.
- Manage B2B client relationships and follow up to ensure service satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth within the assigned area.
- Coordinate with operations/technical teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
- Report progress and pipeline to the General Manager.
- 25 years of experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a related field.
- Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
