- Develop and execute outreach campaigns, including targeted prospecting, meetings, and presentations to C-level and senior finance stakeholders.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, commercial terms and service scopes aligned with client needs and firm capabilities.
- Work closely with delivery teams (audit, tax, IT consultants) to translate client requirements into actionable engagement plans and ensure smooth handover.
- Manage pipeline and sales forecasting using the firm’s CRM; track progress and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Represent the firm in client meetings and industry events; support relationship-building and local business development activities.
- Proven business development experience selling professional services or IT-enabled solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients in Pakistan.
- Strong consultative selling skills: needs assessment, solution positioning, proposal development and negotiation.
- Excellent oral and written communication; ability to present complex technical and financial value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting, audit or tax services and how technology (automation, ERP, cloud tools) augments those offerings.
- Practical experience with CRM systems and pipeline management; disciplined follow-up and documentation habits.
- Networking and relationship-building skills with local industry, finance and IT decision makers.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple prospects and collaborate cross-functionally with delivery teams.
Preferred
- Sales or industry certifications related to IT or business development.
