Data Entry India BPO, a US-recognized offshore BPO specializing in high-quality data entry and outsourcing services, seeks a Business Development Executive to grow its client base in Denver. Based in Denver with global delivery teams, we provide rapid, accurate data solutions and maintain strong client retention through reliable delivery.

Role Overview:

The Business Development Executive will identify new sales opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and build relationships with prospective clients across target sectors. Key responsibilities include:

  • Research and qualify leads within target markets to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including email campaigns, calls, and targeted proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client data entry and outsourcing requirements and present suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close new business to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and handover of new clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, forecast pipeline, and produce regular sales reports.
Job Specification:
  • Proven B2B sales experience in services, outsourcing, or IT services with measurable revenue results.
  • Strong prospecting and lead-qualification skills; comfortable with cold outreach and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities; able to prepare persuasive proposals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management; accurate forecasting and reporting skills.
  • Understanding of data entry, document processing, or business process outsourcing value propositions and pricing models.
  • Ability to collaborate with delivery and operations teams to translate client requirements into service delivery.
  • Organized, self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders across time zones; willing to travel as required.
