Role Summary
Assigned to the client's Palm Oil Estates Operations Department to manage palm oil plantation field teams. Oversee daily field operations including planting, harvesting, crop care and road maintenance (PDCA). Coordinate transport of harvested fruit from estate to mills. Analyze field productivity data to identify opportunities for performance and process improvement. Mentor and upskill field workers.

- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, forestry, or a related field
- 35 years' experience in agriculture or field-based operations
- Supervisory experience managing field teams
- Experience coordinating harvesting logistics and transport to mills
- Data analysis of field productivity to drive improvements
- Ability to mentor and upskill workers
- Comfortable living/working in remote areas
- Experience with multicultural teams; travel outside home region (Asia beneficial)
- Willingness to learn languages
