Key Responsibilities
- Assist with mobile and web app testing and provide clear feedback to developers.
- Write and maintain test cases, report bugs, and help validate fixes.
- Support app development tasks with offshore and onsite team members.
- Support creation and execution of marketing strategies for B2B (shops) and B2C users.
- Create promotional content (social posts, flyers, campaign copy) and help with email marketing and basic SEO activities.
- Contribute to user acquisition and onboarding activities; support lead generation and outreach to businesses/shops.
- Prepare simple pitch and onboarding materials for partners and merchants.
- Perform research, data entry, report writing, and general admin/operational support.
- Technical (must-have): Basic understanding of mobile and web application development; app testing (manual testing, writing test cases, bug reporting); familiarity with PM/collaboration tools such as Trello, Jira, Slack, Notion; basic documentation (test plans, user feedback reports).
- Marketing & Growth: Digital marketing fundamentals (social media, email marketing, SEO basics); content creation for promotional materials; understanding of B2B and B2C strategies; user acquisition and onboarding basics.
- Business Development: Outreach/communication with businesses/shops; lead generation basics; ability to create simple pitch/onboarding materials.
- Admin & Operational: Research, data entry, report writing, general admin support.
- Soft skills: Strong written and verbal English (UK timezone proficiency essential); highly organised; ability to multitask and work independently remotely; proactive and adaptable.
