Role overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our on-site team. The role requires hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central for UK, USA, and Australian marketplaces and supporting daily account operations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Optimize product listings (SEO) and manage A+ Content.
- Create and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns; monitor ACoS.
- Manage inventory levels and create FBA shipments.
- Resolve account issues via communication with Amazon Seller Support.
- Handle customer queries and feedback professionally.
- Minimum 6 months verifiable experience managing Amazon Seller Central (no freshers/interns).
- Proficient in Helium 10, Keepa, and Jungle Scout.
- Ability to write professional English for customer support and case handling.
- Education: Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree.
- Available to work on-site at the Lahore office.
