Overview:
UNISWIFT is a sporting goods trading company (founded 2009) supplying products to retail chains in Pakistan and expanding into UAE and USA. We are hiring an Alibaba Expert / B2B Lead Generation Specialist to drive international sourcing and B2B customer acquisition on Alibaba and other B2B platforms to support sales growth and exports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Alibaba buyer and supplier accounts to generate qualified leads and supplier opportunities.
  • Research, identify, and engage potential wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail chains on Alibaba, Global Sources, and industry directories.
  • Create and execute outreach campaigns, respond to RFQs, and negotiate initial terms to qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead records, track response metrics, and report weekly performance and pipeline to marketing and sales managers.
  • Coordinate and optimize product listings: high-quality descriptions, imagery, and keyword optimization to improve discoverability.
  • Assist in supplier evaluation, sample coordination, and support international trade logistics (Incoterms, shipping timelines).
  • Hand off qualified leads to sales teams and follow up to ensure smooth transition.
Job Specification: Must have:
  • 2+ years experience working with Alibaba/B2B marketplaces (Seller or Buyer Center), RFQ handling, and platform messaging.
  • Proven B2B lead generation: prospecting, cold outreach, qualification, and follow-up.
  • Experience preparing and optimizing product listings, SEO keywords, and marketing content for B2B platforms.
  • Familiarity with international trade basics: Incoterms, shipping timelines, sample coordination, supplier vetting.
  • Excellent written English for proposals, quotes, and platform communication; strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM or lead-tracking tools and MS Excel for pipeline management and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset to monitor response rates and conversion metrics; attention to detail and ability to manage multiple threads.

Preferred:
  • Degree in International Trade or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications in e-commerce or digital marketing.
