Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and cold calling to prospective clients in the USA market.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule appointments for sales closers.
• Overcome objections and maintain a high conversion rate from lead to booked appointment.
• Use CRM tools to log activity, manage follow-ups, and track appointment outcomes.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scripts and outreach approaches.

• Experience selling AI, SEO, or digital marketing services to US clients.
• Proven appointment setting, cold calling, or outreach experience.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to qualify leads and close appointments with business owners.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and follow-up best practices.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work night shifts.
