- Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office or person.
- Operate telephone switchboard; answer, transfer calls, and take messages.
- Perform office administration and clerical duties.
- Maintain and update inventory records and office supplies.
- Accept and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
- Remind directors about important tasks, deadlines, and meetings.
- Ensure front desk is neat, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Perform multitasking duties as required.
