Job Description: Job Summary

  • Act as first point of contact for directors, clients, and visitors.
  • Greet visitors and escort them to the appropriate office or person.
  • Operate telephone switchboard; answer, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Perform office administration and clerical duties.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and office supplies.
  • Accept and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments.
  • Remind directors about important tasks, deadlines, and meetings.
  • Ensure front desk is neat, presentable, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform multitasking duties as required.
