Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accounting records using Tally Prime, including stock management and payroll processing
• Prepare and ensure compliance with UAE VAT and accounting standards
• Handle government/legal documentation and coordinate with vendors
• Manage office operations and administrative tasks independently
• Design advertisements, document templates and manage social media and marketing campaigns
• Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for content or task automation

Compensation: AED 2000 - 2500 per month (based on experience)Job Specification:

• Must-have: 3+ years accounting experience in UAE, proficiency with Tally Prime, stock management, payroll processing, familiarity with VAT and UAE accounting compliance, MS Office
• Must-have: Ability to manage office administration and vendor/government documentation
• Must-have: Basic skills to design ads/templates and manage social media; experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Preferred: Experience in IT/ELV industry, basic AutoCAD knowledge, valid UAE driving license
