Overview:

Keystone Consultants is seeking an Evening Accountant with approximately 2 years of experience to support financial operations for projects and clients. The role is on-site and involves day-to-day accounting tasks, month-end support, and collaboration with management for financial planning.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure timely invoicing
• Support month-end closing procedures and assist in audits
• Collaborate with management on financial planning and analysis

Job Specification: Must-have:

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel, Simpro)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
• Understanding of financial regulations and compliance

Preferred:

• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
