Job Description: Company: KT Brothers (consumer goods, e-commerce)

Location & Work Mode: McKinney, United States remote/online (part-time)

Role Overview:

• Maintain accurate financial records and support financial reporting in a small, fast-paced e-commerce finance environment.
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and contribute to month-end and year-end close processes.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, supporting schedules, and variance analyses for management review.
• Maintain the general ledger and perform account reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable; ensure timely invoicing, collections, and supplier payments.
• Support audit preparation and respond to auditor requests; document internal controls and compliance materials.
• Use Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to prepare reports, analyze transactional data, and automate recurring processes.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and procurement to resolve discrepancies and improve financial workflows.

Job Specification:

• Minimum experience: 2 years hands-on accounting (general ledger, reconciliations, financial reporting)
• Tools: Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formulas), Google Sheets
• Accounting processes: accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, month-end close, journal entries, accrual accounting
• Audit & controls: working knowledge of audit preparation and internal control documentation
• Other: strong attention to detail, analytical ability, effective communication, ability to manage multiple priorities in a small-team environment
