Company: Salman Traders (Solar / Trading)
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 PKR
Responsibilities:
- Daily bookkeeping: record sales, purchases, expenses; maintain cash book, bank book & general ledgers
- Receivables & payables management: track customer payments and outstanding balances; manage vendor payments and follow up on overdue receivables
- Inventory/stock control: maintain accurate stock in/out records; perform physical vs system stock reconciliation; calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)
- Banking & cash handling: perform bank reconciliation; monitor cash flow and bank balances
- Invoicing & billing: generate sales invoices and maintain transaction documentation
- Financial reporting: prepare Profit & Loss statements; track weekly & monthly financial performance; provide insights for management
- Tax & compliance: handle Sales Tax/GST returns; prepare data for Income Tax filing; ensure compliance with local laws
- Budgeting & cost control: monitor expenses and suggest cost-saving strategies

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
- 2+ years proven experience as an Accountant (AP/AR, inventory, bookkeeping)
- Strong bookkeeping & financial reporting skills
- Knowledge of Sales Tax / GST and income tax filing processes
- Experience with bank reconciliation, invoicing, receivables & payables
- Inventory reconciliation and COGS calculation
Preferred:
- Experience in trading or solar industry accounting
- Familiarity with accounting software (specify during interview)
