ADEXEC LIMITED, a private limited company based in London operating in the wholesale sector, is seeking an On Rotation Account Officer for a remote/online role. The Account Officer will manage client accounts, develop account strategies, coordinate with internal teams, analyze sales data, prepare reports, and resolve client issues to maintain service quality and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain client accounts to ensure high service levels and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute account strategies to strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate communication between clients and company departments.
• Address client issues and ensure timely resolution.

Job Specification: Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or a related role, preferably in the wholesale industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
