- Build and maintain client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
- Identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell product categories, and expand account coverage.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and close sales.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
- Track customer inquiries, pipeline, and activities using CRM and reporting tools.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support sales strategy.
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets (if applicable).
Job Specification:
- Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager / Sales Executive in B2B sales (hardware, building materials, or industrial supply) minimum 1 year.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the computer hardware / hardware industry.
- Technical/Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using CRM and reporting tools.
- Core skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail; problem-solving and proactive approach.
