Job Description: Topaz Hardwares Establishment Account Manager (On-site, Abu Dhabi)

  • Manage a portfolio of existing B2B accounts (contractors, builders, facilities, traders, etc.).
  • Build and maintain client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Identify growth opportunities, upsell/cross-sell product categories, and expand account coverage.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within approved guidelines, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely fulfillment.
  • Track customer inquiries, pipeline, and activities using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to support sales strategy.
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets (if applicable).

Job Specification:

  • Experience: Proven experience as an Account Manager / Sales Executive in B2B sales (hardware, building materials, or industrial supply) minimum 1 year.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of the computer hardware / hardware industry.
  • Technical/Tools: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Core skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail; problem-solving and proactive approach.
