Account Executive

Job Description: We are seeking an Account Executive to support client relationships and drive business growth, working closely with sales, product, and operations teams.

The role focuses on managing accounts end-to-end, from client engagement to project coordination, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a civil or mechanical engineering background, enabling effective communication with technical stakeholders while translating client requirements into practical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts, acting as the primary interface between clients and internal teams
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, requirements, and follow-ups
• Translate client requirements into clear technical scopes, working with engineering, product, and operations teams to define feasible solutions
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions aligned with business offerings
• Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with client expectations
• Support sales efforts, including proposals, presentations, and contract discussions
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Job Specification: Must-have

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• 23 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into client solutions
