Job Description: AutoSolvio, a Karachi-based digital experience solutions provider, seeks an HR Executive to support people operations as the company scales client delivery and digital transformation services across finance, e-commerce, and high-tech sectors.

Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Executive will administer core HR processes, support recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and help implement policies that reinforce AutoSolvio’s results-oriented, technology-driven culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: draft job postings, screen CVs, coordinate interviews, and liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely hires.
  • Conduct candidate assessments, reference checks, and prepare offer letters; facilitate onboarding including document verification and induction schedules.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS/employee records, track attendance and leaves, and assist with payroll data preparation and benefits administration.
  • Support performance management: schedule reviews, collate feedback, track goals, and follow up on improvement plans.
  • Implement and communicate HR policies and SOPs; ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and training logistics.
Job Specification:
  • Experience: 1+ years hands-on HR experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, or HR administration (IT/services or BPO environments preferred).
  • Knowledge: Practical knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, contract preparation, and statutory compliance procedures.
  • Technical: Basic Excel skills for data tracking; familiarity with Google Workspace or MS Office; experience maintaining HRIS/employee records.
  • HR Tasks: Recruitment, offer letters, onboarding, attendance/leave tracking, payroll data preparation, benefits administration, performance management support.
  • Other: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills with attention to detail, discretion and confidentiality.
