Senior Executive Digital Marketing

Job Description: Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi (Onsite)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Karachi Time)

Salary: PKR 80,000 - 100,000 (listed; PKR 100,000 noted as negotiable based on experience)

Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives focused on SEO, organic social growth, content strategy, and lead generation.
• Develop and execute SEO optimization and ranking strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Build and scale brand presence from scratch across digital channels.
• Manage social media with a focus on organic growth and audience engagement.
• Create and implement content strategy including content writing and blog posting.
• Optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to measure performance and scale brand presence locally and internationally.
• Perform performance analysis and campaign optimization using analytics tools.

Job Specification:

• Must-have (4-5 years): Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
• SEO optimization and ranking strategy expertise
• Brand building and scaling from scratch
• Social media management and organic growth
• Content writing, blog posting, and content strategy
• Marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Performance analysis and campaign optimization
