Job Description: Company: Alpine Engineering S.p.A

Role: Part-time, remote Customer Support Representative providing online support to airline and aviation clients; coordinates during San Jose office hours; flexible morning shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat and ticketing systems; maintain timely SLAs
  • Troubleshoot basic technical and service issues and document incidents and resolutions
  • Escalate complex technical problems to engineering and field teams with clear reproduction steps
  • Update and maintain CRM records and knowledge base articles
  • Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in weekly team calls and shift handovers
Job Specification: Must-have:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer support (remote/online)
  • Strong written and verbal English communication; professional phone/chat etiquette
  • Familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and MS Office
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup

Preferred:
  • Experience in airlines/aviation or technical services
  • Basic understanding of aviation terminology and avionics
