Sales Representative - Outbound Calls

Job Description: Location: Onsite, Karachi

Shift: Nights, 8:00 PM - 4:00 AM

Overview:

Forge Global is seeking a motivated Sales Representative with proven outbound calling experience to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, and driving sales growth by engaging prospective customers over the phone. The representative will collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to support and achieve company sales targets. Success requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to quickly understand and address customer needs.

Compensation:

Salary range: 35,000 - 60,000 PKR per month plus sales commissions.Job Specification:

• Minimum 6 months of outbound calling or sales calling experience
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers using various lead generation techniques
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead generation and customer engagement
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
• Report sales metrics and provide regular updates to management
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work night shift hours (8:00 PM - 4:00 AM)
