Operations Officer

Job Description: Company: WAN Real Estate

Location: Lahore, Pakistan (On-site)

Position summary:

Support day-to-day operations across sales, leasing, property management, and advisory functions. Work with senior management to optimize processes, coordinate teams and external vendors, and maintain accurate records to support transparent transactions and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate office operations and maintain documentation for property listings, contracts, and client files; ensure compliance with procedures.
• Support property management: vendor coordination, schedule routine inspections, track issues through resolution.
• Assist sales and leasing teams with listing administration, client follow-ups, preparing agreements, and maintaining CRM records.
• Prepare routine operational reports, track KPIs, and identify process bottlenecks for management review.
• Manage procurement of office supplies and service contracts, obtain competitive quotes, and liaise with suppliers.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional handling of client documents and interactions.

Job Specification:

• Organizational & administrative skills: strong attention to detail and document management.
• CRM/property management systems: experience maintaining client and listing records.
• Communication: good written and verbal English and Urdu for client and vendor interactions.
• Basic financial literacy: prepare operational reports, track expenses, support invoicing.
• Vendor & stakeholder coordination: procurement, scheduling, follow-up.
• Problem-solving & time management: prioritize tasks, handle multiple requests, escalate when needed.
• Professionalism & confidentiality: customer-service orientation.
