Job Description: Hiring Alert:

Position: Sales Officer (Electronics & Home Appliances)

Location: Lahore (DHA Phase 8) On-site, Morning Shift

Overview:

• Visit markets and retail shops to drive sales of electronic items and home appliances.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and shop owners.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and manage collections/recovery and payments.
• Coordinate with operations, finance and customer service teams for onboarding and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct active market visits and face-to-face sales meetings/demos.
• Generate leads, build pipeline, prepare proposals and close deals.
• Manage follow-ups, sales records and forecasts in CRM.
• Negotiate pricing and basic contract terms with dealers.
• Ensure timely recovery and payment handling.

Job Specification: Must-have skills & experience:

• 13 years proven B2B sales experience, preferably in electronics, home appliances, logistics or supply chain services.
• Strong prospecting, cold-calling and face-to-face selling skills.
• Understanding of supply chain services: warehousing, inventory management, last-mile delivery and fulfillment.
• Commercial acumen: pricing, proposal preparation, negotiation and basic contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and ability to maintain accurate records and sales forecasts.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups and onboarding tasks.
• Target-driven mindset, resilience and problem-solving orientation.

Education & certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Sales training or certifications are a plus.
